Nigeria Entrepreneurs Award celebrates Changemakers from Different Sectors

It was a gathering of Entrepreneurs from all works of life on Friday, November 16th, 2018 at the Lagos Oriental Hotel for the 5th edition of Nigeria’s most prestigious award, the Nigeria Entrepreneurs Award.

Tagged ‘Driving Economic Growth & Diversification through MSMEs’, the event kicked off with a welcome address by the Executive director of the Nigeria Entrepreneurs Award, Joshua Uwabor. In his opening remarks, Uwabor showered praises on Nigerian Entrepreneurs for their enormous contribution towards building the economic growth and development, especially in the MSMES. He said “ Nigeria Entrepreneurs Award is not just only to celebrate them but also to incite Entrepreneurs to do more and accelerate economic recovery and stability.’’ The event organized in partnership with the Global Entrepreneurship Network in Nigeria celebrated winners from the Banking sector, Real Estate and the Entertainment sector. The high point of the occasion was the presentation of the Corporate Social Responsibility award in the banking sector to Keystone Bank which was received by the Executive Director of the bank, Corporate Banking & South, Adeyemi Odusanya.
